Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Byteks USA LLC ("Byteks", "we") collects when you visit hiring.byteksusa.com or apply for a driving position, why we collect it, and who we share it with. It covers this careers site only.
1. Information you give us
When you submit the driver application form, we collect exactly four things:
- Your full legal name
- Whether you hold a valid CDL Class A
- Your years of CDL experience
- Your WhatsApp number (country code and number)
We do not ask for your date of birth, place of birth, Social Security number, education level, or any financial information on this site. If you are hired, additional information required by federal regulation (49 CFR Part 391) will be collected separately as part of the formal hiring process.
2. Information collected automatically
When you browse the site, our analytics and advertising tools receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and which buttons you click. This is used to understand which parts of the site work and to measure our advertising.
3. How we use it
- To evaluate your application and decide whether to contact you
- To reach you by WhatsApp, phone, or email about the position
- To measure and improve our recruiting advertising
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to recruiting.
4. Who we share it with
Your information passes through the following service providers:

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to insurers, background-screening providers, and prior employers during the formal hiring process — but only after you apply and with the separate authorizations that process requires.
5. Meta Pixel and Conversions API
This site uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. Together they tell Meta which ads led to page views, button clicks, and completed applications.
When you submit an application, we send Meta your first name, last name, and phone number hashed with SHA-256 before transmission. Hashing is one-way: Meta uses these values only to match you to an existing account and cannot read the original values from them. Your CDL status, years of experience, and the content of any WhatsApp conversation are never sent to Meta.
The Pixel also sets a cookie (_fbp) in your browser to link your visit to your click on
our ad.
You can limit this: adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, block third-party cookies in your browser, or use a tracker-blocking extension. Blocking these tools does not affect your application — the form works either way, and it has no bearing on whether we hire you.
6. WhatsApp
We contact applicants primarily through WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. If we have enabled ads data sharing in WhatsApp Business, Meta receives events about business conversations (for example, that a chat began) — but not the names, phone numbers, or contents of your messages. If you would rather not be contacted this way, call us instead at the number below.
7. How long we keep it
Applications are retained for at least one year from the date of submission, consistent with federal recordkeeping obligations for employment applications, and longer where a specific regulation or an active legal matter requires it. You may ask us to delete your application sooner.
8. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you. Email trucking@byteksusa.com and we will act on your request. Residents of California and certain other states have additional statutory rights regarding their personal information, including as job applicants; we honor those requests through the same address.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This site is for commercial driver applicants and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
